An Evening of Bourbon: Father's Day Whiskey Dinner

 Wednesday, June 24th | 6:30pm

This Father's Day, Leo's invites guests to experience E.H. Taylor: Father of Modern Bourbon, an intimate four-course whiskey dinner honoring the legacy of Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., a pioneer who helped shape the standards of modern bourbon. His influence led to the creation of the historic Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, establishing lasting regulations that define American whiskey today.

Priced at $250 per person*, the evening features a four-course dinner paired with a curated selection of premium bourbons, including Colonel E.H. Taylor Jr. and other acclaimed labels from the distillery's collection. Guided by TJ Mueller, guests will explore the heritage, craftsmanship, and character behind each pour while enjoying thoughtfully crafted seasonal cuisine.

Throughout the evening, each course will be paired with a featured pour:

Buffalo Trace Welcome Cocktail
 Scallop Crudo
ginger coconut foam, finger lime, crispy basil

Eagle Rare 10YR
